We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 2009 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP), to be held at the Taipei International Conference Center (TICC) in Taipei, Taiwan, April 19-24, 2009. ICASSP 2009 will also present the Industrial Technology Tracks designed to promote industrial participation in which papers emphasizing industrial aspects and applications of signal processing will be featured.
