ICASSP 2009 will provide official letters of invitation to persons who have fully registered for the conference and for which payment has been received. Note that per IEEE Policy, only registered, paid persons may receive an invitation letter to the conference.

Citizens of Hungary, Poland, and Slovak, as well as US passport holders whose passports will expire in less than six months may apply for a landing visa at the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. For further information, please click here

Chinese passport holders are recommended to submit the application as early as possible, in order to leave plenty of time to process the application. We suggest submitting it by Jan 15th, 2009. In fact, anyone who submits the application by Feb 28th, 2009 is guaranteed an entry permit, except for very special cases.
