On-site registration and advance registration pick-up will be located on the 1st floor of the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) very close to the entrance.

Note: Members of the IEEE Signal Processing Society will automatically receive a 10% discount from the registration fee when they register. IEEE members who are also members of Signal Processing Society will automatically receive an additional 10% discount on the above member registration rates. You must enter your IEEE Member Number and be a member of the society at the time of registration in order to receive the discount. The discount does not apply to tutorials, the banquet, or any items other than the registration fee. Affiliate Members of the Signal Processing Society will receive the discount on the Non-Member rate, as Affiliate Members are not eligible for IEEE Member rates. Affiliate Members will still need to enter the member number to receive the discount.

1) One USB proceedings (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
2) The regular registration fee does not include tutorials.
3) The regular registration fee does not include the banquet.
4) No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only.
5) You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE Member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.

7) Members of the Signal Processing Society will automatically receive a 10% discount on the registration rate. You must be a member of the Signal Processing Society at the time of registration to receive this discount. For questions regarding the SPS Member Discount, please contact registration@icassp09.com.

No invoices will be sent. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check, or money order payable to IEEE ICASSP 2009 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. There will be a $50 USD fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 USD before March 16, 2009. No refunds after March 16, 2009.

Presenting Papers

Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by February 2, 2009. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your non-student registration here. One full registration can cover up to 4 papers.
